Mint is a perennial plant; have fragrant, strongly flavored leaves.

Mint is an aromatic plant, almost exclusively perennial herbs. This herb is spread widely underground and overground stolons and erect branched stems. The leaves are arranged in opposite pairs, from oblong to lanceolate shaped, and with a serrated margin.

Leaf colors range from dark green and gray-green to purple, blue, and sometimes pale yellow. The flowers are white to purple in color.

  • The mint plant is very easy to grow. In dry climates, the herb grows easily in a well-drained, semi-shaded position. Plant individuals with the distance between 40 x 40 cm spacing during June - July.

2. Dig a pit twice the size of the bag/pot the current plant is in.
3. Fill the 1/3 of pit with soil rich in organic content, place the plant in center and fill the pit with same soil.
4. Apply water. General caring tips- Plant should get at least 1-3 hours of direct bright sunlight. Water the plant when surface soil (1-2 inch) feels dry to touch. Apply any organic fertilizer during the main growing season (June July).
